why we made this
We wanted to create a hair-mask that was just right. Not too heavy, not too light. No silicones, but a decent amount of slip. Something that would softly coat your strands but not weigh them down. It’s a hair-mask you can use every time you wash, or once every now and then as an intensive treatment. The perfect conditioner meets mask, meets treatment.
Curls and texture, but here for everyone’s dry hair days.

Key Ingredients
After cleansing with hair-wash, section hair into four equal-ish parts. Apply a generous amount of hair-mask to first section from roots to ends. Pro tip* Use your fingers to smooth hair-mask through your strands and gently detangle as you go, ensuring all strands are thoroughly coated. Déjà vu: repeat with remaining sections. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then add h2o and gently detangle with fingers (or detangling comb). Before rinsing off, cup water in your hands and ‘push’ the water and hair-mask into your strands from the bottom up using a squishing-up, scrunching motion. Then, rinse it off. If you like, don't rinse completely. You can leave 10-20% of hair-mask in your hair for extra moisture.

I’ll Repurchase…Eventually
The deep conditioner smells a little like Camille Rose’s Macadamia Nut Leave-in Conditioner. It’s not a bad deep conditioner, but it’s also not the best I’ve used either in terms of moisture. If you have a head of hair that likes change and gets accustomed to using the same products over and over, then this may help. The product did make detangling easier, and it helped with curl definition. But again, it’s not the best I’ve used. I’ll repurchase, but I’m not going to be in a hurry to do so. I will be in a hurry to repurchase the hair wash though!
Smells delicious
I love the scent of both the shampoo and the mask- they're like dessert lol. This conditioner honestly saved my hair from an extreme dry spell, as well. Very happy!
