shipping and returns

We offer domestic shipping to all areas of the United States.


All orders will be processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped. After being processed, your BREAD basket will arrive via USPS within 1-3 business days for west coast addresses and 5-7 business days for east coast addresses. Basically, you won’t be waiting long, no matter where you wash.


Please note that some circumstances outside of our control (i.e. unforeseen inclement weather, COVID-related adjustments) may delay your order. But we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible (read: A$AP rocky).


Standard shipping is $9 for all orders, and free for orders over $50.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@breadbeautysupply.com. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that addresses can be updated if your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.

In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via help@breadbeautysupply.com.

You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships (so you can watch BREAD on the move). Processing can take around 3 business days.

You can shop BREAD abroad via Cult Beauty, Sephora AU and Sephora NZ. Please scroll their websites for detailed shipping locations.

You can shop via Sephora US online and in over 200 select Sephora stores on the 'Next Big Thing in Hair' wall. To see if BREAD is available at a Sephora in your hood see our store list here.

We're really bummed (and sorry) you didn't love your BREAD. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us via help@breadbeautysupply.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our very best to fix it up for you.


All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Sorry to get bossy, but best to mark your diaries now.

Remember, we’re unable to refund any already-opened BREAD bits (unless they are faulty). 

Just one more thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.
